Welcome to Laadli Handmades. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of laadlihm.com(the “Website”) and any purchase you make from us. By browsing or ordering, you agree to these terms.

1. About us

Laadli Handmades is a small-batch maker of 100% natural, handmade soaps, skincare, hair care, jewellery and gift hampers, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You can reach us at info@laadlihm.com or +91 95570 58902.

2. Products & handmade nature

• All items are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in colour, shape, texture, weight and fragrance are natural and are not defects — they are part of the charm of handmade goods.
• Product images are for reference; the item you receive may look subtly different.
• Our products are cosmetic/personal-care items made from natural ingredients. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, please read the ingredients and patch-test before use.

3. Orders & acceptance

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order by email/notification, and we reserve the right to accept or decline any order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs).
• We make products in small batches, so stock is limited and may sell out.

4. Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets). We never see or store your full card details.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available at checkout where offered.

5. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Website — including the brand name, logo, product photos, artwork and text — is owned by Laadli Handmades and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for allergic reactions where usage instructions and ingredient lists were not followed.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
