Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your Laadli Handmades order. Because our products are handmade, small-batch personal-care items, please read how cancellations, returns and refunds work.

Order cancellation

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Email info@laadlihm.com or call +91 95570 58902 with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but the return terms below may apply.
Personalised or custom orders (e.g. custom hampers or items with an uploaded photo/message) cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Returns & replacements

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used soaps, skincare and personal-care items cannot be returned. However, we will happily replace or refund an item if:

It arrived damaged, broken or defective, or
You received the wrong item.

To raise a claim, email info@laadlihm.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please keep the item and packaging until the claim is resolved. An unboxing video, if you have one, helps us process claims faster.

Refunds

Once your cancellation or claim is approved, refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.
Depending on your bank or UPI provider, it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via UPI or bank transfer — we’ll collect the details you’re comfortable sharing.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except where the item was damaged or incorrect.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your order did not confirm, or you were charged twice, don’t worry — such amounts are automatically reversed by the bank/payment gateway, usually within 5–7 working days. If it doesn’t reflect, contact us with your payment reference and we’ll help resolve it.
