Processing time

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days.
• Because everything is handmade in small batches, some items may need a little extra time — we’ll let you know if there’s any delay.
• Custom orders and personalised hampers may take longer; the estimated time will be shared when you order.

Delivery time

• We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
• Estimated delivery is usually 4–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take longer.

Shipping charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
• We offer free shipping on orders above the threshold shown on the site and at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll share tracking details by email/phone where available so you can follow it to your door.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather, festivals, courier issues or events beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will always help you track your parcel.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
