Frequently asked questions
Everything about our handmade, natural soaps & skincare.
Are your products really 100% natural and chemical-free?
Yes. Every Laadli bar and skincare product is handmade in small batches from plant-based oils, butters, home-grown flowers and essential oils — with no SLS, parabens, or harsh synthetic chemicals. They're cruelty-free too.
How do I choose the right soap for my skin type?
For dry skin, pick our butter-rich bars (shea, cocoa, kokum). For oily or acne-prone skin, herb-based bars like Tea Tree and Neem work beautifully. For sensitive skin, go gentle with glycerin or oat/milk bars. Every product page lists its skin type and ingredients — and you can filter by skin type in the shop.
How long does a handmade soap last, and how should I store it?
A bar typically lasts 3–4 weeks with daily use. Because they're natural (no hardeners), keep the soap on a well-drained dish so it dries between uses and it'll last much longer.
Do you ship across India? How long does delivery take?
Yes, we ship pan-India. Orders are usually dispatched in 2–4 business days and delivered within 4–8 business days. You'll get tracking once it ships. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.
What is your return and refund policy?
For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items can't be returned, but we happily replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — just contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Can I order custom soaps, gift hampers or wedding favours?
Absolutely — custom scents, personalised gift hampers, wedding and corporate gifting are our specialty. Build your own hamper on the Gift Hampers page, or tell us your vision via Custom Orders and we'll handcraft it.
Are the products safe for sensitive skin and children?
Our ingredients are gentle and natural, and we have a dedicated Baby Soaps range. As with any skincare, if you have very sensitive skin or allergies, read the ingredient list and do a small patch test first.
